I'd say USF has a better shot of landing in the Miami Bowl though.

If FAU gets a bowl game this year. I would imagine putting FAU vs USF in the St. Petersburg bowl might draw a few seats. Especially considering the last time those two teams played in 2013 , FAU came into USFs house and beat them for the first time.

Ya, I hope USF gets matched up with FAU. That'd be great haha, maybe you guys could beat them again and really kick em when their down.

South Florida? They are not making a bowl game this season...Taggart has no idea how to coach an FBS team, I imagine he is canned after this season....

While I will always appreciate WT as a WKU guy and recruiter, never thought much of his offensive system (lack of) and play calling..

Marshall's about to hold up its end and be bowl eligible real soon. So, how's UCF doing lately? Oh, I should do some more scorboard watching these days...

UCF doesn't want to leave the state for a postseason berth that isn't a big (P5) name.

History.

If UCF doesn't make the access bowl (which we won't, next year though.), we're going here. I think Marshall would take that opportunity too.

You were saying.....

Marshall has held up and is now bowl eligible at 6-1. How is UCF doing on their pursuit of an access bowl spot.

USF has one loss that they might should have won..Maryland

No way were they suppose to beat Fla St and the way Memphis is playing losing by 7 to them is not a bad loss.

3-3 is about as good as they could expect to be right now with wins over FCS, Syracuse (worse than LSU beat them) and Uconn

Should get win 4 next week vs SMU and win 5 last week of the season vs UCF

that gives them game against Navy, ECU, Ciny and Temple to get #6

Repeat what again?

That I was anticipating with 95% certainty UCF would make a bowl, and that we would likely meet our old rival in Miami for that game? And that I was excited about the prospect?

It would have been cool, eh, maybe next year. What are the fans saying in Orlando? Are they calling for a coaching change?

They're calling for an everything change.

Hell we should just completely rebrand as the University of Orlando Citronauts.

Citronauts is a cool as hell mascot. One of UCFs biggest knocks is that they have no tradition. I always thought your school would have been better off as Florida Tech Cirtronauts... now that just sounds old school to me.
