Got it. Go back to spin, when all else fails.

I'm not spinning anything. I'm trying to present the root cause of the fighting and arrival of police.

RE: Those black kids learned yesterday.
While Casebolt may have rolled up on the scene out of control, he probably should have been on 48 hour desk duty due to events earlier in the day.

Quote:Jane Bishkin, his attorney, however, broke the police officer's silence. She told reporters that he was scheduled to work the evening shift last Friday. Prior to the pool incident, he responded to two suicide calls, including one where a man shot himself in the head in front of his family.

I think department policy is to blame here. Any officer involved in this type of investigation should get two days on desk duty and a visit to the shrink to make sure he's emotionally ready to go back on patrol.

Tx cop investigated two suicides earlier on his shift

LOL. So you went from fully blaming the black kids that were invited to the party; to partially blaming the black kids by saying that there was blame to around on both sides; to fully blaming the black kids again, by now saying that the cop was in an impossible situation.

LOL. Anyway that it went; you were going to blame those black kids.

It was clear some of the kids were to blame from the start. Only an idiot would conclude otherwise.

But as more facts came out, it appeared to me the officer could have handled things better.

Should the women who hit the kid be charged with assault? It was clear in the video I saw today that she was the one doing the hitting. Also saw a video from the kids who recorded the whole thing. A white kid who said he and his white friend were not even looked at by the cop even as he pulled their black friends onto the ground.

Out of a situation that lasted 45 minutes, 7 are on video. I don't know about the fights. The only things I do know:

1) The kids climbed over the fence after they were told by a security guard they couldn't be allowed in because they didn't live in the community. They were trespassing.

2) The kids were not only ignoring what the officers said, they were doing the opposite of what the officers said ... taunting the officers.

3) One officer seemed to handle the situation fairly well and one officer seemed to be a bit unglued. He admitted that later on.

Policing is difficult under normal circumstances. It's nearly impossible when a mob is uncooperative.

No, pretty sure it was the kids not invited that were causing the trouble. You know, the ones smoking weed and jumping fences. Those kids.

Another person that didn't bother to read the actual story. I will post the pertinent parts for your reading pleasure:

"...Tatyana Rhodes, who was hosting a party at the pool Friday before police arrived, said tensions were running high after a racially charged fight broke out there. It started, she said, when two white women told a group of African-American teens they should leave and "go back to their Section 8 homes."

One of the women, she said, smacked her in the face."...

"Brandon said the argument that drew police to the pool party didn't even involve most of the teens Casebolt was going after.

"It was a fight between a mom and girl, which had nothing to do with all the other kids," he told KDAF."... .

http://www.cnn.com/2015/06/09/us/mckinne...rty-video/

So the fight had nothing to do with the kids at party. How this situation go to the cop pulling the gun on unarmed kids is ridiculous and it is even more ridiculous for people to be trying to pin it on the kids that were not even involved in the dispute. It is obvious that the kids were not wanted at the party by residents and it looks like they were leaving. How this escalated is crazy.

Youre a certifiable moron, I'm guessing, unless you're another Mensa candidate. 03-lmfao That aside.

Tatyanas can't host much of anything, I don't think. The rules are 2 passes for guests per member.

So, the weed smokers and fence jumpers- did they have these passes?

If so, then why jump the fence?

If not, then they weren't "invited" no matter what kos or auntiepinko tells you what to think.

The cops where called in by the security guards, and By gum, the residents that were there seem to support the idea that their pool is their pool.

Not a bunch of miscreants that can just roll on up and help themselves.

shocking. 07-coffee3

RE: Those black kids learned yesterday.
the woman who through the first punch should be charged.

the kids who were trespassing and not coopoerating with authorities should be charged.

The cop who lost his **** was let go.

Why is it hard for some people to realize that the cop wasn't the only person doing anything wrong here?

If a cop says to leave, you leave. But the kids didn't. They hung around.

The cop tries to detain the girl for some reason that I don't know and tries to get her to the ground. Again, he escalated that for reasons unbenounced to me.
However, once that happens, two kids run in towards him. As a cop, how is he supposed to know what their intentions are? He doesn't know if they want to tackle him, or if they are armed. He pulls his gun to get them to back off.

Again, mistakes on all sides, and what really was just a bad situation all the way around.

If you think the cop is the only one who screwed up, you are an idiot.

FFS, that still doesn't show how the fight started. KC as you can hear in the background is 18 FWIW. So it's not like the woman was going at it with a 14 year old.

And when the first thing out of that nervous kids mouth is...

Deray and his Protest Mob is still in the DFW this weekend and planning more protests.

Protesting what is still to be determined.

Cop off Police Force. Cop Apologizes. Charges Dropped against Suspects arrested.

What else do they want? Criminal Charges against the Cop??

If there is a Collin County Grand Jury investigation of this incident it may get messy for Keef Cakes as it appears that the underage Dimepiece Girls might be hooking up with Adults at these Parties such as Make It Clapp Part 2.

They want the officer fired, so he can't work in law enforcement again and he can't collect a pension.

They want all pools confiscated by the feds and given back to the community.

Wasnt Keef Cakes the one that was fighting the mom?
Oh yeah... and this is how "Twinzz Promotions" was advertising the unapproved event prior.
