NBA finals
GS wins 108-100 in OT

Cavs didn't score until :08.9 left in OT...and that was an uncontested layup by LJ.

Seems to me GS have become the NBAs little darling. Getting a lot of suspect calls.

While Curry is a stud, he's slowly becoming a bit of a "punk". Flopping, kicking his leg out when he shoots, etc..... But I'd still take him on my team!

RE: NBA finals
I was mildly surprised at the end of regulation, tie game, ball in LeBrons hands, plenty of time for a good shot and he just dribbled and settled for a 20 footer.

RE: NBA finals
Bad calls on both ends.....LeBron travelled late 4th and it was not called

The problems for the Cavs is clear

They don't have a bench and no matter how much they stay in the games they will eventually run out of gas. They probably don't mind Lebron scoring in bunches and volume just as long as he doesn't get everyone else unvolved. IF KYRIE is out then there's no hope

No matter what anyone says, the Warriors bench won this game tonight, they simply have better backups and are going to win because of it

Strictly from a fan's perspective, I think it is appropriate to retire the concept that a jump shooting team is incapable of winning an NBA championship when a team is really, really good at jump shooting.

LBJ should've driven the ball. Tie game, get a high % shot or force a foul. Him settling for that shot let the D off the hook.

There are always exceptions. It also helps when the opposing point guard is injured in every series:

I think that Cleveland may be a better team without Irving. They don't have quite the offense but their defense is better without Irving although he did have a nice block on Curry late. Still unless they can hold the Warriors to under 100 every game they are going to lose.

That's a ridiculous statement

This. Warriors are essentially unbeatable when they score over 100. The Grizz beat them twice because they absolutely smothered them defensively.

Warriors didn't really play that great until late and they still won. I can't see Cleveland winning this series unless something almost miraculous happens

Irving is out with a fractured kneecap. Ouch. Bring out the brooms.

NBA finals
Sweep time.

Only IF we had a healthy team in the POs, what might have been.

Luck plays a factor in any team winning it all. Injury free or minimal amount of it is part of being lucky. I believe we would have had a serious chance of winning it all if Conley and TA weren't plagued with injuries

RE: NBA finals
The signature bad call was the walk on Mosgov.

But you knew that in spite of his 42 points in regulation including a cold blooded three to tie the game very late, LeBron would be bashed for missing that last fadeaway, the same one he had made a little earlier in the game.

Does not mean that I do not wish he had driven, although the idea that would be an automatic foul with free throws or a bucket is a bit of a stretch...could also have been an offensive foul giving GST a real chance in regulation.

Home courted.

Gifts to GST. Wow.

Will they call a foul for GST in the last seconds?

James bumped on three straight drives...no whistle, let alone being grabbed on the shoulder on a jump ball. After that...a good block.

How Tony Brothers is considered elite enough to ref in a NBA Finals game just boggles my mind. I wouldn't want him calling a church league game.

RE: NBA finals
Wow.

Although a very short handed team in Cleveland likely really tired Tuesday, home or not.

JR Smith with some brain farts.
When did Green become the biggest douche in the NBA?
Klay Thompson is really really good when on.
If LeBron had Curry's game tonight, he would be crucified.
Barnes often plays very well.
In THIS game, in spite of a lot of free throws, no star treatment for James...late.
Other than the starts, game MVP...Deladova.
