Whew.

So all interested (a small percentage of people) would come once and see what's there and never return. Then it becomes dilapidated all over again. That makes sense. They need to be smart and do something that will actually attract folks. A good strip mall comes to mind--with a subway, an Old Navy, and perhaps a Zaxby's. It works for the suburbs! Come on Memphis... Let's be progressive here!
