If the city, county, and then the UAB boosters can jump in on this, it may be our most realistic shot for anything in the near-term.
Absolutely. I don't want the city, or the county for that matter, to completely own a UAB OCS, but a joint venture with third-parties would be a way to do it without having to front all the money ourselves.
