Probably true. But the east side will also be happy with the 15 million "cap" which apparently includes bond payments/guarantees by what they perceive as their research money being used for athletics. This cap could easily out last the fat short timer and they could impose on next President.

The "No Bonds" edict cuts both ways. Now U@B shouldn't have to ask the BOT for permission to build a stadium either.

At a the end of Star Wars IV, there was a big celebration of the destruction of the Death Star, but Darth Vader was still around.
