East side and west side renovations come first.

I believe East and South will be done at the same time. East is going to be the premium area, and South is where the students are going. West will be done after that

That does makes sense if you want to make the east more boxes and luxury options, wouldn't make much sense to have the students there. But that's a lot of money to break ground on both those projects at the same time. I hope you're right.

They could probably move the students back to the West side. It doesn't seem likely to me that building the south endzone would be done until after everything else, I would consider that last priority. Unless the construction is such that it's easier to do that at the same time. That's a lot of money though, like you said.

I guess this would seem to make sense, but I'm thinking they could just flop the students to the west side.

I would imagine most if not all season ticket holders will be moved to the new east side anyways.

Just wondering how many schools have their visitor section next to the student section. That seems like its asking for trouble.

They could put the visitors on the east side. They don't usually take up that much room.

Yeah, that would seem to be an easy fix.

We are not going to put our visiting fans on the East side to be on TV...or to be in the better/newer stands.

I'm not experienced in construction, but wouldn't it be more efficient to build the east and south at the same time if it's possible? I know we'd have to have the dough to do it, but instead of doing the west reno's and wait on the south is what I am thinking.

It would be some difference but I don't think it would be much.

They'd put the structural elements in at the same time I would think. Lay the pipes for water/sewer and pour/dig the structural stuff.
