Sorry, but I'm not. I've probably been to more UAB games than a lot of the people who agitated for the return of UAB football. I was at the most-attended UAB home game in 2003. I was at the "last" UAB game in Hattiesburg after Thanksgiving. I watched Southern Miss beat UAB 3-0 during the Bower era. But the simple fact is that the majority of the people hopping on the UAB bandwagon now never bought tickets, and there are damned good reasons for that, and if they had bought tickets this thread wouldn't exist. UAB football was fine dead, and may yet die again.
