If he says "No", 0%; if he says "Yes" and considering the UA system need for a new UAT president and, if the rumors are true, a replacement for Witt, and the time it takes to do those things, I think 25% with a 50% chance he's at UAB in 2016...

I'm stunned the board has waited so long to simply declare him (watts) President of the whole UA system by acclamation. Bentley would rubber stamp it so fast it'd make your head spin.
Nick Saban is THE only reason such a move hasn't been attempted....he'd leave in a heartbeat.
Heck,imagine Watts stepping up to the podium and announce the "consolidation" of offices for the
"good of the system" and that he would administrate the UA SYSTEM FAMILY from his new office in
TUSCALOOSA....OH AND BY THE WAY UAB FOOTBALL IS A MOOT ISSUE AND WILL NOT RETURN.

I stand a better chance of riding a tricycle to the moon than him improving his image one iota.
