Very well done.

It is striking that nations that are enjoying relative prosperity seem to be striving for peace.

It casts a good overview of the devastating impact of war....especially World Wars. Imagine what the world would look like today had they not occurred. Populations of the largest nations would logically be much bigger. I wonder how the world population has been affected by our 2 World Wars. What would be the world population be without them?

To piggyback onto this, add in the fact the Spanish Flu would likely never have reached the epidemic it did had there not been a World War going on. It's theorized to have killed people in a similar manner that indigenous peoples elsewhere were wiped out, cytokine storms. That's just a fancy way of saying their own immune systems overreacted to the disease, and their immune response is likely to have killed them. Which explains why the Spanish Flu actually killed more healthy adults than children or elderly, it wasn't the flu itself that was fatal, it's your bodies overreaction to a novel antigen that caused it.

Anywho, good video.
