Rand Paul and others are doing good work. Anyone have a link to see who voted and how they voted?

RE: Senate blocks the extension of the Patriot Act
On the morning of September 12, 2001, every major news outlet was showing the identities and photographs of the 19 hijackers. That means that we had enough information in the system beforehand, without the patRIOT act, to have prevented 9/11, if only lazy bureaucrats had gotten off their asses and done their jobs. That means we don't need it and never did.
