Grambling will host Louisiana Tech this November as part of the five-team Basketball Hall of Fame Invitational tournament.

Grambling, Louisiana Tech, Memphis, Ohio State and Texas-Arlington will all play each other in the NCAA exempt multi-team event.

In addition to the road game at Grambling, Tech will play at Ohio State and at Memphis. The tournament was scheduled by Mike White and his staff before they left for Florida earlier this month. Grambling will also play at Ohio State and Memphis

Grambling should be having to go to Tech

Tech does get a home game vs. UT-Arlington

It will probably be difficult to accomplish under the circumstances but I'm hoping that Tech can go at least 3-1. Good luck!

In that case we have a home game and a game 3 miles from home. I'd rather travel to Grambling than Arlington.

These are the games where we need to make noise before we beat each other up in conference play. Go get'em.

Looks like La Tech gets an early chance to prove their worth on the road. Be sure to pack your brooms; I've heard Columbus and Memphis are real dusty that time of year.

Yep. We have to have our best teams winning multiple games against top competition. If not, we are going to be in the same boat we've been in the past few years.

this 'tournament' looks no different than a couple of play for pay games for la tech imo.

except they're probably not getting paid what they should for straight up pay games.

it's always an opportunity when you play a name team. i don't see how tech would be successful considering what they lost....including staff.

but good luck. i'll certainly be pulling for the necksters.

I was thinking the same thing. This is not a good tournament unless you're Memphis or Ohio State.
