Just to clarify because I am overseas with crappy internet, Jack Williams is now 95% sure it is coming back? The swings are killing me. Hopefully when I land tomorrow, there will be more good news. I will be sporting a UAB polo for my flight!

He did not say that. He said he is more confident but did not give percentages or even imply that he thinks it is a sure thing.
