That's true but it's much more unusual for an unarmed person to get shot than an armed one.

At least it used to be.

If you comply with Police demands in terms of showing hands, dropping to the ground, you won't get shot.

You display a weapon or do something stupid like reaching into your waist of your pants you deserve to be shot.

Can you say that with 100% accuracy?
