Its par for the course for Tech. We played Auburn and OU last year and MSU and Kansas State this year. 15 years ago it was 4 P5 teams instead of a FCS and G5.

This is actually a fairly soft schedule for us.

Arkansas will be hot in 2016, so that's the only one that scares me. TTech is winnable as hell.

Knowing our luck though, they'll retroactively clear Michael Crabtree and Graham Harrell back for a magical 9th year of eligibility for our season.

We got $1.2 to play @Notre Dame... I think A&M was in the 600-700k range.

Only Dogpatch I ever visited was the one between Grambling and Monroe in North Louisiana, home of La Tech. That is the one I heard Ms State will avoid.

If they don't want to play, why not just buy it out instead of pushing it back another year? Maybe you heard they were trying to get out of the 2016 game (which they did).

Athletic Directors do their scheduling in mysterious ways. Did you read about Tulane being pushed back and pushed back for years and they finally bought out the contract in order to clear the slate.
