Wren will be missed. I have never met the man, but I do know he was on the team that fixed our athletic department. I do know that organized, driven leaders always seem to find a way to hire amazing talent. Stacy and Wren will be missed, but they will be replaced by equal talent. This sort of thing always seems to happen when other athletic departments take notice of what is happening on Normal. IMHO

Maybe he will be back in another capacity someday...

I like Wren Baker - and for the most part I think Bowen has done a good job.

But if you're one of the people pissed that BB doesn't charter flights anymore than you can't also be one of the people praising Bowen / Baker effusively. Especially if you blame BB's demise exclusively on Pastner.
