Yet droning on and on....with monotonous persistence, there are clueless "fans" who continue to suggest Pastner is on tenuous ground.

A thoughtful, logical person of moderate intelligence would conclude that you folks are not only an isolated minority, but truly a clueless one at that.

Why is this alias still posting here? The board has been quiet for weeks and now here comes the pot stirrer extraordinaire. Pastner is about as lame-duck as a coach can be. Very few people here think there won't be a change after this season whether it be on our part or his.

I don't think Pastner should leave, but that does not mean I don't have issues with Pastner. But, I agree, Pastner is not leaving. If he did, the school that would have hired Pastner would thank Memphis for breaking Pastner in as HC and not have to do that themselves. No HC will meet the fans' expectations. If you want someone like Calipari, then you will end up with NCAA recruiting violations coming your way not long afterwards.

Memphis is not a school that players nor HC's think of as an elite basketball program. Memphis needs to be part of a Power 5 conference, like SEC. And, then, you will find a higher caliber HC that will come to Memphis. People need to concentrate on what is good and try to build up the basketball program, and quit discussing what is wrong and constantly hawking on those things they think is wrong.
