There are plenty of "money" folks less than pleased with Pastners performance thus far but the buyout makes the decision to bail on him prohibitive. Spin it however you want Cowboy Bob but it is not an endorsement of Pastner that they haven't spoken publicly. There is no reason to be counter productive in your own investment. Would you berate a company you were the majority shareholder in even if you know it was on shaky ground?
Somebody check Cowboy Bobs ip addy and figure out who it is. Reminds me of a big fisherman around here, sort of like BTiger jr. Pastner has another year for now, I hope he pulls rabbits out of his hats but history and the last few years appear to show a slow and steady deteriorating program. Maybe the Lawsons change that, maybe hes just been snake bit, maybe next year we actually look like a well coached team, or maybe next year we miss the NCAA again with one or two NBA picks. Right now the boosters are content to ride the storm out, but not for too much longer.
Pastner must turn it around or he is gone. Bottom line right now is he is not earning his keep, chalk it up to a learning curve if you want, or perhaps he went to the Jeff Bzdelik coaching school. Fans are becoming disinterested and players are bolting. We can and will get better either way. Either Pastner will get this ship on course with Poppa Lawson or he will walk the plank, no matter how pretty he is or how nice of a guy he is.
There are backup plans. Personally I think Pastner will turn it around but my chips aren't on the table other than about 2k each year for my tickets. He does so many things well I'm pulling for him but I see very little that leads me to believe he is a Top 20 D1 mens head basketball coach. I hope I'm wrong about Pastner. I'm not wrong about Cowboy Bob. Run along now little doggie back to the dawg house and hide in your "shade"

The same one which prompted you to respond to said post about 25 minutes later? I suspect that yours is an entirely different alternative universe than his own though, one that makes Bizzaro World appear normal.
I know it must confuse you when someone has an original thought and is able to express it it succinctly but come on, he used small words.

Why is this alias still posting here? The board has been quiet for weeks and now here comes the pot stirrer extraordinaire. Pastner is about as lame-duck as a coach can be. Very few people here think there won't be a change after this season whether it be on our part or his.
bigboy has a right to make up stuff to whine about, same as anybody else.
