Kentucky (AWAY) - STILL has us on the schedule!
Troy (Home) - Sorry you didn't get to play us at Troy in 2015. All the locker room investments you made as a result of us cancelling our 2015 game should make up for that.
Alabama A&M (Home) - This one should be a no-brainer, but we need to shut their band up!

If we rejoin FBS and CUSA play for 2016, I say schedule two bodybag games. We should expect that to be a year of tailgating and celebration, so I say take the money and the arse whippings. Going forward, I think we stick to the type of schedule we were going toward:

1 BCS game (winnable preferred/if not, SEC for interest)
2 regional G5 opponents
1 FCS game

This was our 2016 OOC listed on the UAB fb page - maybe see about the UT game we were supposed to play next year as being the buy game or the UK game. USA has moved on & won't have a opening until 2018, GASt still has openings for 2016-18, Troy has 2017 & later openings

9-10 at South Alabama
9-17 Troy
10-1 at Georgia State

Nobody is shutting up A&M's band.

Enviro, that was my prediction minus Troy... I didn't know whether they had already replaced UAB or not. I really enjoyed Alabama A&M last year and think they would be good for first year back.

Since UAB is heading toward a resumption of FBS football, will the instate "lay of the land" change enough in 2 or 3 years for Bama to play UAB? The last several months and the next few years may present the Bama administration with enough talk to make a change in their thinking possible, especially with the retirement of certain BOT members.

Will you all be able to restart with all available scholarships? I know new programs like ETSU and Kennesaw State can only add around 20 scholarships per year according to NCAA rules.

In football, I think that's still 20 years away, minimum. Probably more like 40 years away.

MBB… not as far-fetched but I still doubt it will happen anytime soon.

I have no interest at all in playing those bastards.

And I wish posters will stop bring up Alabama football. They are not going to play UAB unless they are forced to and I don't see that happening in our lifetime. Let it go BBF.

ULM is the only Belt team with an opening (for a home game) in 2016. UMass has some openings. So does Army. @ULM, Army, @UMass and 1 FCS could make up a schedule.

Let's get our program back first. We have work to do.

Non-P5 teams showing opening on FBSchedules. We've never played a MAC school, oddly enough.
