I have a Sons of Anarchy shirt on because I like the show. Bullets start flying. Why can't I blaze out of there like Antonio Banderas in Dedoerados if I felt my life was being threatened? That's the law. Tell me how I am wrong.

If you show up with the knowledge that a fight and shootout will occur between your group and another group, and you bring a gun, it's hard to argue self-defense.

In Texas you cannot legally take a firearm into an establishment serving/selling alcoholic beverages, even with a concealed permit.

Who said they took their guns into the establishment?

My understanding is that all the shooting took place outside the establishment.

In Ohio you can bring a gun into a liquor establishment. Another great legislature move by the Ohio GOP.

If twin peaks derives over 51% of their revenue from food those bikers were perfectly legal to have a concealed weapon.

All kidding aside, this will be a fascinating prosecution and defense.

In Chicago you pretty much can't have a gun anywhere.

It's working wonders there.

No, but you do see far more gun violence there. I think that is obvious given the fact Chicago is nothing but a small area in continent sized country which overwhelmingly allows firearms that this proves nothing about national gun control legislation, but you're just being dense by acting as if more shootings don't happen in Chicago than in Ohio bars.

The gangs were not there to enjoy a Margarita on the patio. They knew there was going to be a shootout.

I'm no attorney, but I know intent is important. They were there to kill each other.

IF they legally qualified to receive a concealed permit. Your average Bandidito is pretty much legally disqualified from receiving a concealed permit. They probably can't possess a firearm period.

And I think Twin Peaks makes most of their $ from Booze.

If a bar/restaurant serves a full menu, they probably make 51% off of food, at least in my experiences leasing retail. If not, there's no reason for a full sized kitchen and the costs associated with it (grease trap, HVAC, walk-in cooler, etc).

Yep.

It's enjoyable to watch people willfully march their ignorance out for the world to see

Looks like Law Enforcement waxed 4 of the 9 dead Bikers. Oh well...

It will just be a matter of time before we see #BikerLivesMatter

Yes, I would like to know. If anybody hears about the number of which group were killed I would be interested in that. The Cossacks supposedly put a hit out on uniformed cops so my money is on the Cossacks being killed.

Just looked up the names and I'm guessing 7 Cossacks and 2 Bandidoes by their names.

If that is true then I wonder if anyone ordered food.

That would be my defense. " Hey I ordered food. If I was here to fight, I wouldn't have ordered the BBQ nachos"
