‏@GoodmanESPN Terrific get for Arkansas-Little Rock coach Chris Beard. Picked up transfer Jermaine Ruttley — who had committed to Louisiana Tech.


Jeff Goodman had tweeted a couple of days ago the Ruttley was going to visit Oklahoma State. May have cancelled that visit. Regardless, that's two players, that had big time interest from Big 12 schools, that we have already signed. And I think Jalen Jackson could have played at a higher level, if he chose to, as well.





Coach Beard must have some great connections to be signing these types of kids after one month on the job. He obviously is a very good recruiter, but he has to get "in" on these kids before he has a chance to sell them on our program. I predicted he'd sign a senior transfer or two, and it looks like that will happen. Doesn't appear that he batted an eye with regard to the players who chose to leave. It's their loss.
