I think what Panama is trying to say is that there doesn't seem to be any more of a problem with people having guns or violent trouble in Downtown Atlanta than they do anywhere else in the state.

I'm pretty sure he stated "not downtown". If he had implied what you said then I would agree. Crime is everywhere and many of these criminals are youth. Heck I'd rather walk around downtown than Chamblee or Norcross at night.

I think we are stating the same. I know downtown that the most that will happen is being annoyed as I am asked for money.
