LITTLE ROCK — The University of Arkansas at Little Rock's swimming and diving program has received a $250,000 gift.

UALR announced Thursday that a donor who wishes to remain anonymous is providing the funding to support scholarships and the operations of the program.

The Trojans swimming and diving teams compete in the Missouri Valley Conference.

Nice "little" gift. Don't know if this was directly Chasse's doing, but since he is now AD I certainly give him credit for it. Things are certainly on the upswing since he was hired.

You don't donate that kind of dough when you work in the public school system. That's why I wanted to clear that up. Some might expect me to pay off Shields contract if I could donate that kind of dough.
