I think he is referring to coming out early, i.e. as a junior. Cook was a senior when he was drafted by the Bengals.

I love the deep ball. You have to be able to throw downfield to open up the offense. Our offense last year was as exciting as it has been since the Kelly days... Until Kiel got banged up. With a healthy stable of RB's to mix in the run, this will be a formidable offense. Kiel has just been handed the keys to a Ferari, let's see what he does with it.

All I can say is wow.

Munchie's deep balls were horrible. John Kitna had more zip on his deep throws than Munchie.
