He has millions and millions of dollars at his disposal that he can use to destroy this girl. Essentially, it looks to me like he is going in for one more raping.
He had been better be very careful here because the PR impact could be devastating.
And had he settled idiots like you would say he was just paying her off for the crime
He can't win with the guilty when accused crowd that ignores all the evidence out there that she is a liar
I would fight a girl too if she falsely accused me of rape
But did she? Public opinion leans to her side outside of Warchant/Tally.
"But did she" not? Physical evidence and eyewitness testimony from both Winston' friends and Kinsman's friends "leans to" his "side outside of" what dumba**es think.

First, what history? There isn't a college student on this planet that doesn't get hooked up at some point? There isn't a 18 something, 19 something or 20 something young man that doesn't blurt out laud, crazy, whatever in an effort to look cool, be funny or be the life of a party. We are really talking about two public incidences that really is the norm when looking at college life.
Second, are you really going to hold being falsely accused of committing a sexual assault? College students smash each other. And, being a jock really helps in that regard.
You guys are really pushing to put a black hat on this dude.

Story of the internet (and social media). We as a society pretty much try to put a black hat on everybody. The more successful the figure, the blacker the hat.

Considering she was in 20+ minutes of "The Hunting Ground", any settlement would probably have to include some sort of retraction, so I wouldn't hold my breath in the short term
