"Destroy" may be too strong of a word, but I agree. They should win this one. I don't know anything about Charlotte's pass defense, but Arbuckle should be able to rack up on the passing yards.

Depends on which Charlotte shows up. The Charlotte that only beat Wesley College (D-III) by 5 will get slaughtered by GSU. The Charlotte that almost beat JMU (#19 FCS) and Charleston Southern (#26 FCS) would beat Georgia State by 3 TDs.

That might be a worse loss than Liberty next year. Charlotte is going to be BAAD. Liberty may be FCS, but they have a decent amount of talent.

Charlotte's defense last year was awful, undersized and slow, don't see anything that makes me believe they will be much better, GS should score a lot of points. But, the offense, especially, the passing game was respectable, if GS isn't careful, they will put up some points. The most important OC games next year are the games against USA, GS has got to beat Charlotte, and App has to beat ODU. I'm sure there are other games, just cant think of them right now.

Miles loses either of those and he is on shaky earth. Lose both and we may have an interim coach by week 5.

That could end up being advantageous for you . . . . .. (Not that I'm wishing anything bad on miles) . . . Sometimes a Coaching change can give a team a spark.

My hat's off to you, man. It's hard to hang in there supporting a team that appears to have little if any direction like you have from day one. With or without your current coach I'm convinced GSU will one day become a force to be reckoned with in this (or whichever) conference.
I'd be honored to buy you a halftime beer this year at the Dome.

Or UAB. At least you still have a chance at success on the gridiron.
