SEC has a rule against taking kids who were kicked out of school for academic reasons...

I'm thinking a PAC 12 team or ACC who isn't on our schedule(Can we block him from a team on our schedule? If not I think Texas will pursue)

Oregon State has a new head coach and needs a starting QB to replace Sean Mannion. That's probably the team with greatest QB need in the Pac-12.

No wonder graduate transfer rules are under review. Dude get kicks out for cheating, then transfers out with a degree in hand. ND degree just took a hit.

Can't block a fifth year senior who graduated for any reason.

I don't think the SEC rule would apply as he went back and graduated from the same school.

You're kidding, right?

The "Notre Dame Degree" is bullet-proof and Teflon. It can not, and will never, "take a hit."

Teflon causes cancer... so now where does the metaphor go?

Ignore it, he's mad because I commented on how Louisville takes all the second chance players.

One correction on my part. Golson finished his finals but ND graduation is May 17th.

One of our former players is saying this

Louis Anthony Nix III Two are a lie. One is the truth.
1. He's going to LSU
2. He's going to FSU
3. He's going to Louisville

My best, uninformed guess is FSU.

My concern is LSU, since I don't want them to have a QB that can complete a forward pass (plus, I live here).

The last thing I want to see is Golson leading LSU to an SEC title and the playoffs.

No more than any other institution who readmitted (i.e., gave a second chance to) a student that was suspended after making a childish mistake and then proved himself/herself to be a responsible adult.

That's probably every institution in the nation, at some point.

Do you mean currently #2 after now #1 QB Malik Zaire?

As domer78 posts above:

DeShone Kizer--redshirt freshman

Brandon Wimbush---incoming freshman
