Don't know if this was a national movement, but in Western New York, some school districts saw opt-out rates of 50% on the most recent round of tests. These opt-outs were in the suburban school districts, you know the ones with the soccer moms who put education as their top political authority.

And this isn't sitting well with Obammy. As Arne Duncan, the sec ed, said:

Hey Socratic. This quote is from 2013. I just looked it up. He's still an ass though. These PARCC tests are ridiculous. Just a boondoggle. They are upsetting a lot of people across the political spectrum.
