Of course this is the case. Most people say they want a perfect specimen, but when it comes down to it, we want a normal person. Too much work to keep someone that is that far out of your league.

My gym buddies and i always had college kids coming up to us telling us we needed to cut more and lose our guts. We were by no means outnof shape, but we didnt spend an hour on the treadmill everyday either. We lifted heavy and were stronger than anybody the college kids. They'd tell us about their 12 pounds of chicken they ate every week and how they let themselves have a few Mic ultrasound as a reward. Just to get under their skins we'd talk about the steaks and baked potatoes anyway beers we drank after the gym.

I may carry a 10 pounds of fat and a few inches around, but the older i get, the more i realize just how much i like food and beer.

Doesn't look like those dudes go to the gym at all.

I work out 6 times a week and probably have what would be considered a dad bod, even though I am not a dad. Have a bit of a gut, but can run 8 miles and throw some weight around in the gym.
