The Clinton Foundation is supposed to be a charity, not a source of wealth for the Clinton's. Reports out this week say 10% of the money it takes in actually goes to the needy.

I don't have the exact figures, but I believe the really good charities, like the Salvation Army, give out something like 89% or 90% of what they take in (leaving about 10% for overhead).
