With Conley out for who knows how long - I think GS takes it in 5.

We go down 0-2. Come home and get Gm. 3 then lose Gm. 4 at home and 5 on the road.

Some games will be blow outs and others will be close, grind-it-out games. In the end, too much Curry & Thompson (one of those guys will have a monster game leading to a blow out)

I pretty much agree. I'm hoping we can get 1.

Without Conley its going to be a sweep.

With Conley starting in Game 3 we could stretch it to 6.

I don't think it's a sweep. Golden State goes through long stretches, like we do which would allow for us to win games.

The key is not turning it over. If we protect the ball like we did in the first 4 games against Portland. Keep turnovers under 10 will help keep GS from running out on us.

Also don't settle for a lot of jumpers. Attack the rim. Missing jumpers leads to long rebounds, which leads to a run out.

Obviously with Conley being out it hurts, but with us having a huge advantage in the front court we can compete. It has been very apparent without him our team struggles against opposing guards and we are playing the best back court the NBA.

Hoping for the best but Im predicting GS wins in 6.

I keep running scenarios through my head and in none of them the Grizzlies come out on top. Too many scoring lulls combined with Conley being out or not 100% seem to spell a short series. Who knows though.

I've been trying to post something upbeat for 5 mins.

This is exactly how I see it as well, but then I wouldn't have expected the NETS to even win a game.

I think the Griz will try hard for victories, but the injury to Conley is difficult to overcome.

We have our hands full for sure.

Golden State isn't sweeping this series. Mike or no Mike they aren't sweeping.

IMHO, I think some folks maybe underestimating the Griz. Griz style is made for blunting and overpowering teams like GS. The Warriors have to contend with Gasol and Randolph. It is not an easy task.

This isn't the regular season anymore. Adjustments can be made a lot easier now between games.

I'm going to say the Grizz would win in 6 IF Conley was at least 85%. Grizz are 12-5 against the Warriors the last few years.

The Warriors will make quick work of us if Conley misses more than 2 games.

the Grizzlies have won 4 series, each in 5 or 6 games.

the Grizzlies have lost 7 series, each in 4 or 7 games.

If we don't have Conley we'll need a borderline miracle to win Game 1 or 2. The ability of the Grizzlies to make this a competitive series totally depends on if and when Mike can come back.

This current core though has only been swept once their other 3 series they've lost have all gone 7
