It's easy to ignore when it is happening in places many of us never see or experience and among people who hate us more than they do one another.

Funny you should say that. My wife's car was recently vandalized at her work. ( Last Friday) I filed a police report. I have video of the vandalizm, I have the make and model of the car, and I know where the guy works.

The guy did 2000 dollars worth of damage to my wife's car. Cops still haven't even contacted me.

I have very little confidence in them.
