Question for the UNT Folks
I know last year there was talk of baseball coming to Denton.. What's the latest?

The Denton Record Chronicle reports that there are some "financial hurdles" that need to be cleared . . . 2016 is the expected earliest that the Eagles would field a team . . . .

Having traveled to the mckinney area when one of my kids was playing, There is plenty of talent plus college aged summer leagues right there. It is a head scratcher as to why smu and nt dont have it.
