Going Big
Seen in the West Main Meijers, 6 big can I repeat that BIG Broncos.

I don't know faces, but there was quite a bit of Bronco gear in evidence.

These six guys must have approached 1900 lbs. total combined weight.

That's right, 300 plus average. Not fat either. Not plump.

Like 305 - 315 range. On paper you don't get the close up feel. One guys shoulders were like three feet wide.

Row the Boat and fire up the barby. And lay in about 24 pounds of beef. And a big sack of Russetts. And some beverages. Onward for the Brown and Gold.

Yep. Walking round on the field after the spring game, the guys are certainly looking intimidating. I'm excited to see what they can do against those B1G lines in MSU and OSU.

The lean athletic speedy athletes get the spotlight, but when your lineman run on the field and the field tilts, you know you are moving toward the big time.

RE: Going Big
No question we should be able to go toe-to-toe with Michigan State in opener then, especially in Waldo!

Hustlebelt on Willie Beavers

Hopefully our O-Line is improved. Air Force got a ton of pressure on ZT in the potato bowl.

Encouraging, but can they move?

Cubit had some huge offensive lines, but they were not athletic.

21st Century offenses need linemen with both mobility and size. I think Fleck understands that. We shall see.

Michigan State will have the best front 7 we face all year no doubt about it. We will see how good they are on Sept. 4

MSU's front seven will be outstanding, no doubt, but I would not put them ahead of the Buckeyes.

MSU's D-line might be better, but OSU's got the better overall front 7.

Either way...we are playing two of the best defenses in the country.

Agreed.

OSU's defense certainly proved itself in the post season last year, shutting-down Alabama and slowing-down Oregon. However, MSU's D likely benefited from playing in weak conference. It was lit-up by the good teams on its schedule - Oregon, OSU and Baylor.

Of course, WMU is no Oregon, OSU or Baylor. No MAC team is.
