Well, I'd say you're living proof that participants on this board can have opposing opinions about ODU.

Wow looks like you haven't run out of those sour grapes container you opened last season. I am pretty sure there are multiple thread reportings that has done HF in and not just because he constantly demeaned ODU and UNCC. Its not actually having a different opinion its his constant condescension that has irritated people and even some of the Marshall fans don't like him and that's nothing wrong. Imagine a poster on this board starts constantly posting "Dawgxas is sore m****** ******* he doesn't know how to live and interact on a damn sports forum" wouldn't that make you mad its simple as that and yes we live in 'Merica where we value democracy and each and everyone's opinions even an idiot's counts and hey who's here to judge who is an idiot and who's not right?

Evidently this particular moderator is. This isn't the first time it's happened. If this person is going to be that sensitive, then perhaps they should give up their moderator status and grow a thicker skin.

I'm with the others. I don't necessarily agree with a lot of what HF says nor am I a fan of how he says it, but I have seen some pretty sensitive ODU fans on this board.

If you have an issue with moderation then PM your concerns to a site administrator. Some temporary bans are because a person has built up a high warning level for repeated offenses. Simply having an opposing view does not get you banned.

I give you that and that is true for some of the other school's posters and there's no denying that. I am not saying we shouldn't have opinions that doesn't align with others but when you constantly shove it on some one else's face then that gets ugly and moderators are here to keep this board sane and civil. I am neither supporting the mod nor HF but if i were you i would reserve my judgement until i have the complete picture which we will never have because we are not mods. May be you should PM your concerns to swagger since he is the almighty as far as this csnbbs is concerned.

Let's get this thread back on topic! I'll say what everyone is thinking. Ga Southern will be the G5 representative if we can upset West Va in the opener. The rest of the schedule is favorable except the late season game against UGA.

Unfortunately it does on this forum(by one particular moderator), I can PM you an example if you like. As far as PM the site administrator, it doesn't help.

Oops....didn't mean to post that on the CUSA forum. Got the boards crossed up.

From CUSA I will go with WKU given the importance of a proven starter at QB. Hard to know how the JMU QB will perform at Marshall, especially since Cato set such a high bar. Big shoes to fil........a lot of pressure and expectations for a transfer that hasn't played much.

Your protected right of "free speech" does not extend to the discussion boards of a privately owned website.

Does this board have the ignore function? We have it over BBB and it does wonder.

To be very clear. I had nothing to do with the recent moderator actions taken with respect to the poster in question. But further discussion about moderation is against the AUP, and will be handled accordingly.
