Do you have to turn over a % of your entire crop, free, to the USDA if you grow raisins? According to Uncle Sam ... yes.

Kagan got this a couple of years ago, rolled her eyes, sent it back down to the lower court. If the government doesnt have Kagan, they should have known for a couple of years that this was going to be a big-time loser for them.
