I would say a little better than 50% at this point. There are a lot of very challenging games left on the schedule and the conference tournament in Clearwater, FL is going to be a war.
Coach Rock deserves a ton of credit! Year after year he more than holds his own against such surrounding power programs as Alabama, Ole Miss, Arkansas and Miss State despite their advantages in stadium size, local media coverage, crowd support and more recently TV exposure via the "SEC Network". That last advantage, thankfully, has been largely neutralized for the future by the AAC's recent deal with CBS.

If we had a P5 patch on our uniforms with same record we would be almost a lock. With the AAC(even though it is the 3rd best conference in nation) we still have work to do

RE: Beat Mississippi
The only guarantee is to win your conference OR have an RPI above 30. Speculators predict that the AAC will send 3 teams to the regionals. If we can manage a win or two this weekend, there is little question that our chances of winning the conference tournament are about as good as any other AAC team. Fact is, our team this year is built for tournaments with a deep bullpen. UCF and USF (who we eliminated last year with a clutch hit in the 9th inning) have an advantage in proximity and are able to bring bigger crowds for support. I had a blast last year - the stadium (where the Phillies hold spring practice) is nice (similar to AutoZone Park) and just the right size. All very affordable - some just have no idea what they are missing.
