Journalists that are worth their salt aren't going to be enticed by a Booze Schmooze. They want real sources, not a bunch of fans feeding them heresay.

They can get those real sources without a free drink. It also puts their public integrity in question if they come have drinks with FreeUAB people to get their information.

That's just my thought though.

And there's probably some truth to those thoughts.

You guys have to remember that a lot of threads like this are just people spitballing, trying to come up with a way to shine more light on what happened to us.
