RE: Basketball signees 2015
Yeah good class now just need to add an assistant that help with the X's and O's. I don't know who would be leaving but there has been all this talk about adding a good bench coach, all our coaches are known for recruiting not necessarily teaching. Would be nice to get an experienced guy to come in and help with that aspect. I like the class though assuming we can bring it all together of course we have had top five classes before and saw had that played out. Not going to be negative though. I like this group we got now let's see what we can do with them.

RE: Basketball signees 2015
There is no reason to be excited for next season...large sample size for that....talk is cheap and talent doesn't mean success at memphis with the current coaching staff. ...

I'm starting to think there will be no staff turnover. Aki is out recruiting and the other two have ties to the Lawsons.

I'm starting to feel the same way...which kinda surprises me. But, I'm okay with it! I like Aki and Kirby...both are better than what they get credit for.

IMO Aki is the best assistant we've had except for maybe Cyp.

That goes against everything Memphis basketball fans stand for. Expectations are always too high so that they are impossible to meet or exceed. That way there will always be something to complain about.

RE: Basketball signees 2015
Nice photos.

Does anyone have that great one from 2004 in Oxford where DeAngelo skies high for the TD as he is being hit by two Ole Miss defenders? The right side of the photo captures our section with tons doing the TD arms. That photo is for the ages.

Thanks!
