Madlock is probably one of the more underrated Tigers of all time. A tough hard nosed point guard who could play D.

Mike Butler played for Moe Iba, a slow down coach who liked to hold the ball for at least two minutes before a shot was taken....no three point shot either. Mike only played only three years but had 1409 points.(#10)

I can’t argue with any of those either. Memphis has a history of producing and/or getting good guards.

Mike Butler could BALL and then BALL some more. Moe's did make them hold the ball, but Mike played a year for Dean Ehlers, who let him run. We need a Dude like him now, he liked to shoot and would bust a trey in today's game
