After looking at some other team sites I was wondering how do we get permanent threads at the top? I think a recruiting thread would be great to have. What other ones would you want?

We could make some sticky threads. Recruiting and schedules come to mind as potential threads. Generic thread names or sport specific? I would be hesitant to make a recruiting and scheduling thread for football, basketball, baseball, and then just an other sports category.
