Hagler vs Hearns 30 years later. Greatest fight ever?
http://sports.yahoo.com/blogs/boxing/hag...30875.html

Simple the most brutal 3 rounds in boxing history, from 2 of the baddest men to ever fight as middleweights.

The Rock Hard brilliant boxer/puncher (ambidextrous, Jack of all trades Master) unbeatable Hagler at his peak, verse the Motor City Cobra, the baddest puncher in the history of the welterweight and middleweight divisions, with a reach a mile long and speed/skills to match, w/legendary Kronk Gym setting and HOF legend Emmanuel Stewart in his corner.

Two multi world champion, HOF fighters in their prime, putting it all on the line.

Can such a thing ever be matched again? Just the hype alone going in to the match, comparing the two Legendary and brutal warriors.

Hearns, Hagler, Duran and Leonard were great fighters.

I'm still partial to the Ali era of heavyweights.

It was close.

I'm still amazed that Hagler never fought after that.

I've always had a hard time justifying taking the belt away form the champion when he was never even remotely hurt and doesn't have a mark on him after a close fight.
