HM reported that ODU wanted the NC State to be on Friday night and NC State declined. Seems fair to me from the NC State perspective.

The NC State perspective is about the same thing. My only problem with the NC State article is he states that it will be our first home game against an FBS opponent. I emailed him to correct him. It will be our first game against a P5/BCS school.

I saw this posted around quite a bit and its pretty obvious why they said no. I wonder why we wanted to have them on a Friday anyways. Hmm, could it be perhaps we may lose some recruits in a loss when the wolves come to Norfolk? Sounds a lot like someone does not believe in a bigger, stronger, faster ODU team, instead they believe we will lose, which why they want to move the game, so potential recruits won't be there to see it...

Exactly. The game was great to be at in person and also looked great on TV.
