Aaron Hernandez found guilty in murder case
Former Patriots tight end Aaron Hernandez was found guilty of first degree murder in the death of Odin Lloyd, a 27-year-old landscaper from Boston who was found riddled with bullets in a Massachusetts field in June 2013.

He's being locked up in the prison that's only a mile and a half away from Gillette. He'll be able to hear the games.

(not that it was intentional - MCI Cedar-Junction is one of two maximums in the state, and it's the one closer to where the crime and trial took place)

No. You forget about the automatic appeal process in murder convictions.

No, I didn't. But not every murderer gets press coverage of their appeals.

He is just that now, a convicted murderer. Treat him the same as the guy in the next cell.

Not all murderers played on championship football teams either. Like it or not, it's all part of the show. His life has become a train wreck, and there's nothing people like better than a good disaster to look at.
