I love the positivity of this place.

My guess is many of the sorry lot are not Tiger fans. They do not attend games, when feasible. They do not buy season tickets, contribute to the TSF, or donate to special projects as means permit. They just incessantly carp and complain.

Or not...maybe some are huge fans, alumns, big monetary contributors, have a bunch of tickets, have a passion for the program but hate the direction it's going via a coach who hasn't a clue.

Those folks are true fans. The others are pure rot and should be sheared.

Sheared...I like that. Great use of an unusual verb.

^^^^This. Describes me and many, many others that I know, that care more about the program than they do Pastner. Time for a change.

My post does not pertain to you or other like you. My post is targeted to the Haters - the ones who never or very seldom say anything good about Pastner , do nothing materially within their capacity to advance the Tigers, and are conspicuously absent during celebration threads.

The Haters are enemies of the program. I suspect they are either closet fans of other teams or gain twisted amusement from agitating Tiger fans. I have no use for them and I am dismayed they are allowed to pollute.

Other than the Men's bball twitter acct, I haven't seen anything in the news about him talking about Martin. At least on Ch. 3 news.

Where is Pastner?

No presser, no banquet, no Martin comments, no info on Assistants.

C'mon bro give us something.

247 sports should keep a tally on which Martin steals more next season.

It's been out there since early yesterday afternoon. If you were actually paying attention to what was going on instead of being a chronic complainer you would've already known it.

Been listening to the radio and been following twitter for two days and have seen nothing. I've seen Andre Turner quoted. Did not see anything about Josh. But I knew you couldn't let it go without an insult. You are batting 1000 there pal.

La Tech message board is not surprised. Said he committed too early, wasn't La Tach good, yada yada yada.

Also described the city of Memphis as being "Dallas, without an NFL team".

Though one poster pointed out it's good for Martin, who gets to play home games in his home town, in and NBA arena, mostly they just trashed Memphis and Martin.

I wasn't terribly impressed with their class. But then, I guess message boards in general are not known as being a hotbed of class.
Glad we got the kid. I've got a good feeling about him.

Ruston Louisiana looks like a good place to stop and take a dump if you were driving from Jackson, MS to Dallas, TX IF you happened to be in Jackson, MS for some reason......
