Thanks for the kind words BeerCat. I only want to help out as much as possible. Plus I was always a sports message board guy before I came to UC.

Only way parking would allow this opportunity was the guarantee that vehicles would be a certain distance from an open flame. We are trying to create a more traditional experience without anyone violating rules on campus.

So.....we requested a parking pass for University assuming we would be able to park on the top deck and tailgate like we have in the past.

Will we have access to the top deck for parking with our normal pass or are we going to have to park on the lower levels?

If we cannot park on the top level, I'm sure our UCATS member of record will be calling you to ask for a refund for our parking pass fee. We were led to believe during season ticket renewal that we would be able to park on the top level.

What is the verdict?

All About the Benjamins... MVP UCATS members and above.

Yep. Only Thurston and his buddies allowed. No commoners need apply.

Agreed. Ashley is a great ambassador for UC on this board.

Ummm, how many people in your tailgate crew? $750 MVP + $350 tailgate fee is hardly Thurston Howe III $$$. Split it up amongst your group and average it out over the # of home games.

You don't need to be dossbig to come up with that kind of scratch. Why are folks in Cincy such whiny tightwads? 03-hissyfit

Everybody wants a top shelf athletic program but nobody wants to help finance it.

You don't get rich by writing a bunch of checks.

Nor by hiding cash under the mattress.

Exactly! People in Cincinnati want stuff done by other people "because it's supposed to be done" but rarely take ownership. Every little contribution would help. If this is honestly where UC is at with it's fan base it's no wonder things won't ever improve. I hope this is just an isolated case of people being penny wise and pound foolish, but I think it's more widespread than I fear.

FYI, Alumni lot lottery ends today at noon if anyone is wanting to get into that lot. This lot is not run by athletics at all but I just wanted to make sure our fans knew of other options.

Cincinnati is the type of town, who wants a Mercedes, only at Yugo prices.
