RE: Best poster on the board
I don't know about who is really the best. Even people I complain about sometimes (LH, DDD), I look forward to hearing their opinions and value the insight. I get it, but I'm not one for the Barkers stuff. My current top five is probably HHC, BP, BSKB, JJ, and Pitz.

That said, it's great to have become friends (Dirty!) with so many people even though some of them aren't around as much anymore (Tremonkey). Lotta purple blood out there.

No doubt "Book It" is the single most important actual post regardless of its ultimate inaccuracy! We should also give a special commendation to SpiderFather for the exquisite work leading up to last year's Ticks game.

some of us are still working on that (or not for obvious reasons)

I want to give a thanks to jmusuperfan. You put a lot of effort into scanning the interwebs, gathering and sharing information you find about JMU athletics and things that impact us. You also seem to actively promote JMU on social networks. All for the positive.

I may soon take a job where I can no longer work from home a few days a week (and come on here during the day) so I'll probably find myself leaning more and more on your discoveries.

May have already been mentioned, but my vote is for Hburg. Here is a guy that didn't even attend JMU, but loves it more than most who did. He convinced most of us to move to this site which has provided a great platform for great conversation, and he is our official protectorate, our designated driver, our penicillin, our dose of reality, our referee, our internet Sherpa, and our occasional ODU filter. Here's to Hburg to being the non partisan, non payed, not thanked, glue that holds this ridiculous corner of the interwebs together.04-cheers

Yeah I think we will wait until we make an NCAA basketball tournament to vote....oh yeah I guess we can proceed. JMU has actually checked that off the list a few times.

And we've been in the "FBS." What's your point, caller?

Don't be so sensitive to the fact that we can take decisions and you can't. And, yes, you take decisions, you don't make them...free lesson, ShadyPee-Pee.

RE: Best poster on the board
Ha! I jokingly/sarcastically said Dukeman, and several posters after me included Dukeman in their top picks. Lemmings anyone?

For the record - love Dukeman the man and JMU fan, but Dukeman the poster, not so much.

Make me pick one? I'll go with Dunk. He typically shares my thoughts but writes his posts 1000x better. Then again, closing in on 7,000 posts + all the CAAZone years = a lot of practice. Good tailgate buddy (as are 99% of the board) - miss the half time beers in the parking deck days...
