I think he did actually. He's pretty connected re: realignment

Cal may not be cheating...just yet. The fact is he is recruiting to UK and he's a good recruiter (cheating aside). If he isn't cheating yet, he will about the time something happens and they take a down turn. Once he feels the pressure of UK nation on his chest the gloves come off.
