You have to be very careful with how this kind of crap gets reported.

It is almost never this cut and dry and these are often just used as ways of smearing Judges who make the correct legal determination off of all of the facts as opposed to the emotional charged decision based on cherry picked ones.

That's hard to stomach.

The girl has probably blocked it out of mind. No jail time is needed.

I think we all should agree that child molesters deserve Hell, whether it be hell in prison or a religious Hell. Heck, that is about the only thing prison gangs, murderers, and else what agree on.
