Appalchian State vs. South Carolina (Apps turn to knock off the mighty SEC)
Texas State vs. Incarnate Word
Arkansas-Little Rock vs. La Tech
ULL vs. Houston (Big game, good chance for an RPI boost)
South Alabama vs. Southeastern Louisiana (USA looking for revenge from earlier this season)
ULM vs. McNeese State
UTA vs. Baylor (I know this is not a top 10, but we need this win UTA)

Looks like the Troy vs. UAB game is cancelled (According to Warren Nolan)

Wednesday:
ULL vs. Southern
Troy vs. Kennesaw
ULM vs. McNeese State and Nicholls State (Not sure why Warren Nolan has ULM playing 2 games)
Arkansas State vs. Southern Illinois
Georgia State vs. Auburn (Let's get it done Ga State)

Charleston has an RPI of 33. Would be a big boost for Georgia Southern

Having seen Baylor in person last week I must say I was unimpressed. Worst Baylor team I can ever remember seeing.

Their lineup has no size, no power. Our #2 and #3 guys both threw complete games, #2 guy only gave up 2 hits. Baylor can't hit.

They didn't seem to have a third guy in the rotation. Pulled their starter after 3 innings despite him pitching well. Have to think they don't have a reliable mid-week guy.

I wonder if Smith's seat is getting hot at all in Waco?

Troy vs UAB was canceled... My guess is due to possible weather.

I'm not complaining... We havnt won a mid week game since feburary

They beat us 6-2 in a midweek game after our 3-2 week with two top 20 wins, so they have a chance if they aren't ranked.

Wow, I just checked Nolan's rpi site. Our SOS is 96th. We have fallen off the mark badly. Just a few years ago we had the #5 and then #15 ranked OOC. (or maybe the TX teams we routinely play suck more now making our rpi suck)

I think this is more it than anything else.

Sam Houston - 172 - well below their average/standards
Houston - 28 - pretty good for them actually
Rice - 46 - While not bad, still below their average/standards
utsa - 92
Texas - 86 - Well below their average/standards
Baylor - 124 - Significantly below their average/standards

We aren't getting the usual SOS boost we normally get from playing these teams.

Incarnate Word at 222 sure as hell isn't going to help tonight.

Our Southland opponent is 24-9 with a top 75 RPI. That's night and day from your 11-19 opponent with a 221 RPI. You're going to lose RPI spots just by playing them. Lol. We can lose and it won't be the end of the world.

Trust me. I'm fully aware of the hierarchy of teams in the Southland...

Well we are stinking it up in a midweek game again. 4-0 Charleston after 6.

Early in San Marcos, after 1, UIW 3 - TXST 2

Now 9-0 Charleston over GS after 7. Dismal performance tonite.

T6, still 3-2 UIW. ... .

T8, Tied at 3 .... .

Charleston 11 GS 0. I think we pitched 6 pitchers tonight. Our midweek pitchers just aren't very effective. Our bats tonite did not show up either

B9, bases juiced and we can't get a run across ..... Free Baseball: T 10th still 3 all
